Build a 2-Hour Workday Blogging Business
This publication is for bloggers who want to build a calmer, more profitable blogging business, one that doesn’t rely entirely on traffic spikes, ad revenue, or burnout.
I also give you a behind-the-scenes look at my journey to building a $1K/month newsletter on Substack. I share what I’m testing, what’s working, what isn’t, and how I’m approaching growth and monetization on this platform.
The 2-Hour Blogger is where I write about what I’ve learned from building a blogging business since 2013, especially when it comes to brand partnerships.
I want to help bloggers see that sponsorships are not reserved for influencers with massive audiences. Bloggers can absolutely build recurring revenue through brand deals too, often with less traffic than they think.
What you’ll find in the free publication:
Blogging challenges (to help you build and grow your blog, from starting out to improving SEO, increasing traffic, and creating stronger content);
Blogging and monetization strategies;
Thoughts on the changing blogging industry;
Content, mindset, and business systems for bloggers;
Substack growth, newsletter monetization, and behind-the-scenes lessons from building a publication in public;
Reflections on building a slower, more intentional business.

The Blogger Behind The Publication
Hey, I’m Lidiya. I’m the founder of Let’s Reach Success, and have been blogging and creating content since 2013. I’m originally from Bulgaria, but relocated to the Netherlands thanks to my online business. Freedom and independence have always been my core values, and the main drivers behind the goals I set.
I started in the personal growth space, but eventually moved into teaching blogging as a business. Today, my focus is sponsorships - helping bloggers land brand partnerships and turn them into recurring revenue.
I teach it for a few simple reasons.
First, it’s how I earn 90% of my revenue.
Second, that’s been the case for me for many, many years.
Third, there’s a gap in the blogging space when it comes to how bloggers can earn from sponsorships, and I am here to fill it. I disclose it all, have developed my own strategies for client pitching, being discovered, maximizing the benefits of sponsored networks, negotiating your rates, using your content to attract more sponsors, and so much more. So I have a lot to teach.
I cover it all in my course The Blog Sponsorship Boss.
Why The 2-Hour Blogger?
Because one of the biggest shifts in my business was realizing I didn’t want to build a business that consumed my life.
I wanted freedom, flexibility, and work that supported my life instead of controlling it.
And over time, that became my reality.
Today, I often work just 1-3 hours a day, not because I hustle less, but because I built long-term sponsor relationships, and a business model that actually fits the lifestyle I want.
I’m also here to remind you that:
Blogging is not dead.
Sponsorships can be recurring revenue for bloggers.
Your blog’s authority is way more important than page views (I used to hit 1 million page views in 1 year back in 2019-2020. Now it’s almost 10x less, but my revenue from sponsorships is more. So there are many more factors that come into play.)
If you’re a blogger earning anywhere from $2K to $10K/month but haven’t tapped into sponsorships, you’re leaving money on the table, and that’s where I can help.
You can work 1-3 hours a day, and not every day, and still earn a full-time income as a blogger, specifically from sponsorships.
The blogging industry is changing quickly. Google traffic is less predictable, ad revenue isn’t what it used to be, and creators are rethinking how they build online businesses.
But brands are still investing in bloggers.
And there are strategic ways to position yourself so opportunities keep coming your way.
That’s what I’ll be sharing here.
Paid subscribers get:
the real behind the scenes of my blogging business;
income reports;
sponsorship strategies;
systems;
experiments;
deeper strategy breakdowns;
my exact brand collabs + emails + pitches + email templates + sponsored networks;
the growing archive of behind-the-scenes content I don’t share publicly.
Thanks for being part of this journey 💕
Lidiya
